MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH

7 PIECES - OKUHARA MISO BUTTERFISH 

OPTIONAL GARNISH 

LEMON WEDGE OR SHREEDED CABBAGE 


1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREE F. 

2. DAB OFF EXCESS MISO FROM MISO BUTTERFISH 

3. PLACE ALL 7 PIECES IN FOIL PAN, COVER WITH FOIL, & PLACE ON MIDDLE SHELF OF OVEN 

4. COOK FOR 25-30 MINUTES

5. REMOVE FOIL AND COOK FOR 7-10 MINUTES

6. FINISH UNDER HIGH BROIL FOR 2-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL MISO CARAMELIZES.  MAKE SURE TO WATCH CLOSELY BECAUSE IT BROWNS QUICKLY. 

MAKES 4-5 SERVINGS
